Tom started his first endeavor, Corporate Concierge Services in 2001 with a vision for taking memorable guest experiences into new spaces.
Over the decades, CCS became known for its transformation of the concierge industry in entirely new areas of guest experience including tenant lounges, in-office hospitality services, wellness centers, and showstopping convention hotels. CCS’s reputation for innovation and excellence became a mainstay in the industry.
JLL acquired Corporate Concierge Services in 2019. There, he launched the Experience Management division.
Tom is redefining industry excellence, once again with The Experience Group.
